I am moving heavy appliances and I need a trolly (dolly). Any info on where to rent one would be appreciated

plenty of dollies for hire - the closest bar could help - price will need to be negotiated .

Go to the local el-cheapo hardware outlet - you can probably buy a cheat trolley for a couple of hundred Baht.

slightly related but is there anywhere that rents out other equipment like say drills, angle grinders, cement mixers,scaffolding ?? I've never seen such a place in Pattaya.

@Capealava if you go to your local "shop that sells booze wholesale" they may let you borrow one of their "sack barrows"
