Bank repays women’s missing money after social media uproar

The daughter of retired astronomist Worawuth Tanwutthibundit has dropped a police complaint over the missing Bt900,000 from her bank account after the bank branch office, under pressure from social media, repaid the money without waiting for the results of the internal probe which were not due for another week.

Phitsanulok hospital opens ‘ganja clinic’

The new clinic offers its services every Wednesday and Friday from 8.30am to noon.

 

With the cautious introduction of marijuana-based medications at government hospitals, Buddha Chinnaraj Hospital in Phitsanulok has begun drawing interest from people including cancer sufferers with a dedicated clinic that opened on Thursday (August 22).
