Joint Ventures

Recommended Posts

Can't seem to find a definative answer on how to put a business together. The varios diatribes seem to indicate either quite an expence to set up a business ie: permits licences hoops etc... Would joint ventures be something to look into? Working under a large corporation would seem to simplify things somewhat. If I have a product that would interest certain corporations (and I believe I do ) I'm thinking it might be simpler to do it under thier umbrella. Am I off base here?

Hi,

It really depends on your project, your businesse expertise, your knoewldge of the market.

I would suggest speaking to some legal advisors to consider your options.

Thank you for your imput.I am still trying to nail down details (Large and Small) at this end. Legal advuce at some point to direct me to the correct company formation will be crucial.

Thanks again and any other comments are appreciated.
