Government Saving Bank(Pink Bank)

Hi all, does anyone have any contacts within Governement Savings Bank, especially Head Office (assumed Bangkok) and preferably English speaking 

I guess the person im looking for would be called International Customer Relations Officer or something like that

i am not a customer of this bank so its a little hard for me to find out especially from the UK. I want to make a complaint about them 

really appreciate it if anyone can help
