House Robbery: Soi Chaiyapruek: Moo Ban Muang Mai

Robbery at Chaiyapruek 1

A robbery occurred at a house in Moo Ban Muang Mai Village Pattaya, while someone was still inside the house!

On 19th March at 11 pm, the Dongtan Police was informed by Mr. Kraisorn Thonglak, that his mother’s house on Chaiyapruek 1 Road had been robbed. At the moment his mother is in Bulgaria but while the robbery occurred, he was in the house with 2 other people. The neighbours altered him when they heard a noise at the back of his house.

At the back of the two storey house, the police found traces of the thief climbing over the fence up to the second floor where the window had been forced open. It seems the thief was in a hurry because he/she left some of the stolen items like Buddha images on the roof before fleeing.

Two rooms in the house were in a mess. The stolen items included a diamond ring, a pair of diamond earrings, a pearl necklace, a watch, some Buddha images, and about 10,000 Baht.

The police recorded the crime scene and further investigations are ongoing.
