So we tried to register 

And after 12 weeks we now find our registration was DECLINED 

no emails no feedback 

It seems it was processed by chonburi immigration 

Although we live in Bangkok 

All the details were correct and the correct attached documents.

We tried to register again today.

Now we get a message saying our house registration number is already registered...

So we cannot do it..

Anyone have similar problems or any suggestions how to solve?

If you report to CW, it's possible your application was incorrectly forwarded to Chonburi in error, hence they refused to approve it.

Your only course of action now is to personally visit CW, taking a print out of the refusal and all the supporting documents you submitted online and let them sort the issue out.

Yes we guessed that a visit to CW 

is needed.....
