Thethaiger, what is their deal? Are they parody site or what?

I just read the article that many others saw in regards to Thai tracking. I'd never heard of Thethaiger before today. I'm wondering what their deal is and how they're able to write such articles without getting into trouble?

It states clearly at the end of the artice that it was a fabrication.

I didn't ask about the article, I asked what the site was about, and how they could operate without consequence given the nature of their articles.
