rooster59
"Nasty Gamer" no match for the Thai police! Caption: He got rich selling game IDs An online gamer described as a nasty piece of work in the Thai media has been arrested by the Bang Sri Muang police. The constabulary laid in wait after finding out from their sources that suspect Nattaphon "Art", 26, frequently used an ATM outside a convenience store in rewadee Soi 57. He turned up to do just that and was taken into custody. He has been charged with fraud and fraudulent use of data. The case stemmed from a complaint made by a 22 year old man who was selling a game and who was conned out of 8,000 baht after the suspect used a bogus Facebook account in the name of a third party to fool him into transferring money. The suspect was making 80,000 baht a month in the scam that had taken place over the last two years. It involved the buying and selling of games. Sanook said that the case had been the talk of the gaming community on the popular Pantip site.
