I have been using Jomtien Immigration for 10+ years and have never filed a TM30. Discussed the issue with a friend last night who has also never filed one.

Last week he had to go to Jomtien Immigration to get e residence certificate which was refused because he had not filed aTM30 after returning from a recent trip away.

This morning I decided to try and register online for TM30 reporting and was successful and also received my username and password immediately(which surprised me)

On the downside my Thai partner registered her house successfully 6 weeks ago and has still not received her username and password.

Went to get a re-entry permit today and I asked the IO if I had to file a TM30 when I returned and was told yes.

Suggest your wife tries again. Same happened as I registered 2 months ago and heard nothing. Registered again yesterday and all was done.

I tried using the phone app but waited six weeks and nothing. Yesterday I tried online on my laptop and was surprised to get my login and password immediately. I think they’ve automated it. Make sure her pictures are under 1MB though or it will probably be rejected.

She tried again and was successful received username and password immediately
