Amusing to myself and aggravating to my wife. I don't understand the purpose of "upskirt" obsession . Or is it simply to cater to a very sad market? What is kinky to one person is exciting to another. The 'purpose ' of any type of erotica is to stimulate. That's all valid in fact, but only if ALL parties involved consent to it. A notable exception to this is child pornography, as willing consent from children is not possible. Do you have any doubt that this particular form of tittilation can be and is often staged and produced like any other form of pornography? The sadness revolves solely around the perpetrator's unethical acquisition of the original source material. By your own admission you acquired illicit source material, but by the (happy?) accident of being in the right place at the right time and having eyes. And, you found it "amusing". Kindly drop the Puritan stance.

To have been "in the right place at the right time" implies I set out to deliberately place myself to "acquire" illicit material. If I were an incidental witness to a car crash would that make me an ambulance chaser? Is to be amused by a rather sad and deliberate display rather than finding it attractive or stimulating a perverted response? "The sadness revolves solely around the perpetrator's unethical acquisition of the original source material." Am I a perpetrator by unavoidably being a witness in a public place? Really? I believe the ethical aspect belongs to the other party. Kindly drop the Puritan stance.

Jane Dough
A lawyer in London just got a 2 year community order for this: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-london-49836843?intlink_from_url=https://www.bbc.com/news/topics/clw2pz3mx17t/upskirting&link_location=live-reporting-story I would say it is a serious offence and one that the Thais should address. Right place right time generally applies to a chance encounter, not a willful act. Would you prefer right place/wrong time or wrong place/right time? Take your pick, it's simply an idiom. Perpetrator was referring to my general comments, not you. Hit dog always hollers? The thrust of my argument with you was that you condemned the up skirt people as sad. Some men find a woman's feet erotic. They are sad cases too? Ethics has nothing to do with what pulls one's trigger. To you these are ethical issues but to free thinkers they are simply preferences. The mind is the dirtiest part of the body. Erotica is all in the mind and the possibilities are endless and irrelevant between consenting adults. You were simply being judgmental and assuming that your particular fantasies are 'normal'. That was my point. Any erotica can be staged and sold commercially. To choose a particular flavor of it to be offended and 'saddened ' by is a strictly a personal thing but you're certainly entitled to your narrow perspective. Your final comment about my Puritanical stance made no sense whatsoever, but you were agitated so I understand your need to 'get back' at me regardless of the logic of your response. Forgive the grave offense of disagreeing with you.
