It means that the nation could significantly save on the government budget and help the national economy if the people maintain good health.

It does? Well, whoever would have believed it.

State Controlled Propaganda

The Thais are mimicking so much from the Chinese Communist Party playbook.

Ah, because you believe anything coming from that NNT thing?

This apparently official propaganda service, isn't even any good at its job: their babble is so full of exaggerations I guess even PPRP with more than wind between the ears will not be able to believe any of it and see it for what it is: Fake News!

Let's keep an eye on that 'National News Bureau of Thailand' though! Anyone here having some information to share about it? (It's the first time I hear of it)

Nigerian, total  scam

He's not the only one to make that mistake.

Thirty years ago I sent a letter to Thailand. I went into the post office in the UK to find out the price. The counter assistant weighed the letter, crossed out 'Thailand' and replaced it with 'Taiwan'.

I asked what she thought she was doing? She told me I'd spelt it wrong. When I told her I hadn't and it was going to Thailand, she said she'd never heard of the country.

That's diplomacy, although I will admit I don't know details of what the 'full accolade and compliment' is.

Who was it who said the art of diplomacy is to tell someone to go to hell in such a way they actually look forward to the journey.

555 Most appropriate. Or  "Flattery will get you everywhere."
