TM47 phone app shows previous permit date?

Featured Replies

When I sign into the TM47 android app it still shows my permit to stay date as the last one, and not the currently extended date? I.e a date earlier this month in September. I have extended to Sept 2020? Anyone else notice this and when does it rollover to next extension permit, perhaps when I do my next 90 day report, due in another 7 weeks?

It am sure you will need to manually change that date.

It only links to the online reporting site which means it will not get any info from the main immigration database.

That is certainly how it works on the 90 day online reporting site. The page is blank you enter such info on.

Apparently the app saves the info you entered previously.

I can confirm ubonjoes's reply. According to the app, I am 353 days on overstay, calculated from my old passport which expired in October last year. As I am now unable to do online 90 day reporting, because for some reason the system will not let me in, I cannot correct the error. I have a valid extension and 90 day report slip.

Same with me. My passport expired 3 years ago but the app still has the old number, that despite 2 trips out of the country!

I've now dumped the app off my phone as I regard it (literally) as a 'waste of space'.

Unless you have done an entry using you new passport it will not be in the database the system checks to confirm the info you entered.

The databasebase only has info from your last entry in it,

My TM47 app has a pop up message when I log on showing my pp number, the permit date (last month from previous extension) and the overstay status 'normal' which makes no sense to me but I guess is expected from these apps that are coming out from IO.
