I know this question has been answered before but never needed to know so took no notice. My bad 

 

Normal I have no problem doing the 90 day on the actual day but this next time the days are a bit busy and it would be useful if I could do the 90 day report a few days late.

 

I seem to recall that the 90 day could be done up to 7 days late, is this correct? 

 

If so is this working days, not including week end and bank holidays?

It is 7 days after the report date including the report date in the count. Everyday is counted.
