NanLaew Posted October 5, 2019 Share Posted October 5, 2019 If the testing station doesn't have an insurance office nearby, they can still pretty much do it all as a one-stop deal by sending someone on a bike to go get the "por ror bor" insurance on your behalf while you wait.
