1.  Am I in the right place since it mentions HOTEL registration.  I am the renter of an apartment.

 

2.  Since I am registering as the possessor/renter of the apartment, is the document that I should upload the rental lease?

You are on the correct page. The site is for everybody to register and report not just hotels.

Have you clicked the buttons to register?

When you get to registration page you will see this. Select the one I have select as an example.

You will need the house ID number shown on the owner's house book and upload a copy of it. Click the ? mark for an example of the house ID number.

The rest should be self explanatory.

You will also need to upload the rental agreement and owners ID card.

I'll be staying at a Temple, though the last time I was there, the Abbot did not have the time to go and register me (It would take the best part of the day to go to the Immigration office & back) will he be able to register me using the above link?  I'm asking as it was not possible to do so last year.
