Well, if you mean by extorting, making the demand on behalf of the U.S. government to oust prosecutor Victor Shokin, fine. Because Biden was carrying out U.S. policy. Which agreed with European policy and IMF policy. And with the Ukrainian parliament which also wanted Shokin out. Not that Shokin wasn't zealous in his way. For instance he vigorously pursued on corruption charges  against a major anti-corruption NGO. ANd when his own anti-corruption prosecutors (who had been remarkably reluctant to pursue corruption charges against Ukrainian politicians and business people) were found to be in possession of a remarkable quantity of valuable jewels, Shokin zealously attempted to prosecute the investigators targeting them.

Of course Giuliani did get an affidavit from Shokin claiming he had been pursuing an investigation of Burisma. Of course, this affidavit was signed on behalf of an allegedly corrupt Ukrainian fighting extradition to the US. The same Ukrainian that Giuliani=s 2 confederates/clients were going to meet in Vienna via one way tickets. Oddly enough, Giuliani was scheduled to go there the day after. 

These 2 confederate/clients were also trying to oust the US ambassador to Ukraine because she stood in the way of them replacing the reformist chief of the Ukraine natural gas corporation with a compliant crony and millions of dollars. And Giuliani helped to spread their lies. Now Giuliani's become a laughing stock and a huge anchor tied to Trump.

it has gotten past the point of ridiculous, idiotiic, moronic while continuing to waste taxpayer dollars. i am a lifelong registered democrat out of deference and respect for JFK. it seems JFK had more integrity, class and honor on his pinky than todays dem party combined totals

Constitutionally supported congressional oversight over a president who has clearly and severely abused his presidential powers is clearly NOT ridiculous, idiotiic, moronic and a waste of taxpayer dollars. By that measure impeaching Nixon shouldn't have been started either.

No, this is about finally catching Don Donald with his hand in the cookie jar. He is going down. He will not win the next election. His decision on Syria sealed that fate, if it had not already been a done deal.
