After trying Google and found some very expensive option sometime even more than western Europe. I am turning to this forum to see if you can help me. There are plenty of gyms – or fitness centers? – on Samui, some also with foreign owners and/or advisers. You could use Google and Google Map to search for one in the area, where you plan to stay, and check if they offer that service.
