Used to be a roadside place at the intersection of 3rd road and Soi 17. If your coming from TukCom way, it's just thru the lights on the LHS.

On Soi Buakhauw on the corner of the soi diagonally opposite The Pagoda Bar and opposite side to Tree Town. Squeezed in between the money changer and the rib restaurant. Not sure if they speak any English but very good with what they have done for me.
