Hi guys, I will be going to Savannakhet near enough right on sonkhran ( April 15th my visa exempt entry expires ). Thanks to all for the previous posts and info about Vientanne and Savannakhet. My question is ( pardon my not knowing ) will they be celebrating sonkhran in Savannakhet too ( all the water throwing etc ), I will be going for a Tourist visa hopefully 60 days + 30 days and would also like any information about openning times and holidays.
