GoGet
Do visas have to be used in order? Examples: 1. I make a Thai visa in Hanoi. Could I visit Laos first and then Thailand or would getting a Laos visa void the previously issued Thai visa? 2. I make a Thai visa in Hong Kong. Could I make a visa to Vietnam and stay there for a month before going to Thailand or would getting a Vietnamese visa void the previously issued Thai visa? Sheryl
Visas for one country have nothing to do with visas to another country. You can use visas for different countries in whatever order you like as long as prior to the Visa expiry date.Sent from my SM-J701F using Thailand Forum - Thaivisa mobile app
GoGet
Ok, good. Anyone else has a differing opinion or is this the general consensus?

DrJack54
OP, just keep in mind that a visa has an "enter before date". You need enter los before that date. If for example you had a setv and entered los prior to that date you would be given 60 days of stay upon entry.
BritTim
It would be pretty sad if a multiple entry visa was immediately invalidated as soon as you entered any other country that required a visa to enter. In fact, there are many people who do border hops to places like Laos while holding a multiple entry Thai visa. They do this to get a fresh entry on their multiple entry visa, and the fact that they must get a Laos visa when doing so has absolutely no effect on their Thai visa.
