Embassies and Consulates have linked online system with thai immigration?

Featured Replies

Hey,

Language school claimed it to be true and just asking for confirmation. That every embassy and consulate can check the full history of your ins and outs from Thailand?

If not now, they should be able to so that soon. Think it's still a work in progress perhaps. (the MFA consulates, not the Honorary Consulates)

As far as I know it has not happened yet.

I would think that for those traveling from afar this would be a good thing. Applying for a visa in one's home country, only to be denied entry upon arrival, can be expensive. Ideally consular offices would notify the applicant of potential issues, allowing the applicant to reconsider their application before embarking.

I think I read elsewhere that it should be coming early next year.

Several troll posts and the expected replies to them have been removed. Time to end the trolling.

Got my last non-o in austria at the consulary in bregenz.

Was online checked with "neli", short for negative list.

No!

Maybe 1 day they'll have ALL embassies and immigration head offices linked to make sure people can't skirt the no-fly lists, interpol flight risks, obscound from justice, etc. :wai:
