Partnerships Marketing Manager

Job summary

The PMM is responsible for acquiring, developing and maintaining partnerships and relationships which help drive corporate goals and metrics. The role is oriented around high-level direct sales, includes leadership of a multi-cultural team, and reports to the Marketing Director

Roles & Responsibilities

• Defines clear metrics/goals and identifies resources necessary to achieve those goals.

• Lead generation, high-level direct sales: negotiation, presentation, and closing.

• Improves performance of existing partnerships.

• Recruits and develops staff, manages multi-cultural team.

• Builds process, procedures, workflow and systems to support growth, CRM.

• Working together with IT, develops the tools and technologies necessary to support partnership programs.

• Works together with business development department to support goals/metrics.

• Develops sales material and information, offline and online.

• Promotes the partnership program, offline and online using various techniques.

• Reports regularly to management on performance, issues and obstacles.

• Ensures proper administration of the program.

• Provides research and analysis on key business issues.

Qualifications

• Continental European native with fluency in English and two other European languages, preferably German, French, Spanish or Italian.

• Excellent personal presentation, appearance

• Strong written and verbal communications in multiple languages

• Comfortable with Internet technology, specifically website building.

• 2-3 years sales or marking experience

• Experience with CRM such as Salesforce.com

• Experience in hotel or tourism industry is a plus

• Highly organized and efficient

• Pro-active, self motivated and a team player

• Willing to travel occasionally

• MS Office skills (especially Excel)
