Overkill. Dangerous, irresponsible behaviour. Lets hope the cops are suspended or imprisoned for dangerous discharge of a weapon in a public place. The cops are worse than the dealers...

If the vehicle had the new GPS etc, system the Minister wants they could have simply switched off the engine?

That wont end up well for them from both sides !

Showboating Drama ...

What a pitty that they didn´t hit them, and save money for the court processings

They always confess, regardless the crime......amazing.

Only way to stop drug dealers is to bring back/introduce the death sentence. Some other countries don't mess about!

A plastic bag over your head or getting hit on the body with a telephone book can be very convincing. Both methods leaving no traces of forced confessions.

Please let us know which country is winning the war against drugs and what methods are they using?

They need to round them up and gas them before they are able to deal the drugs in the first place.

Ridiculous, I won't even explain more, you are too old to learn it seems.

Confess and your sentence is halved automatically, Refuse and risk being jailed for a decade.

Lawyer for a case like this 250 000 baht at least,

Put yourself in accused position, if you do not have 250 000, what would you do? ????

Well at least any of the convicted who are executed are never repeat offenders.

Two #Thai women and a Frenchman could face the #firingsquad after they were caught smuggling drugs into #Bali, the Indonesian holiday island’s customs agency said Monday.

Its not working in Bali so whats the answer?

If you confess you will have any future sentence reduced by half, most know when they are going to be charged and take that option !

Spiked mats could have saved all that drama, but that would take investment, training and maintenance, three things not so well advanced in the RTP.

Surprised the cops could be bothered to give chase.  It obviously wasn't the usual bandit stick-up.
