Lazada returns and refunds - What's going on?

Featured Replies

Over the last few months I've had a number of items that needed to be returned (fake, faulty or simply wrong).

The sellers have agreed the refund (or it has timed out and happened automatically) and I have received my money back.

But I have never got any return information or free return label.

So I have an increasing pile of broken or wrong stuff. Up to now the most expensive was a 2,000 Baht linear actuator which was DoA, but I currently have 10k's worth of fake LiFePO4 battery going through the process right now.

Is this normal??

Can I legally keep or dispose of the stuff?

i do drop off then you don't need a label, maybe items from China they don't want back or if seller knows they are fake or poor quality, once closed keep ir or bin it

Yeah ^^^.

I select "pick up" they can burn someone else's fuel!

I asked the Oracle and it basically said that once the status is "Refund Completed" that's it, no return label will be issued and you can keep or dispose of the items.

It did say that the seller might message asking for the item back, but they would have to arrange shipping and pay up-front. No way I'm shelling to send their carp back!!

I have quite a nice set of ear-pods thankyou, I don't recall what I ordered but it was a lower value than the earpods whistling

The fake microSD cards went in the bin, they were way too small to be of any practical use.

I also have some odd bits of machined aluminium, I have no idea what they are, but they're in my "might be handy" box.
