November 19, 20196 yr Is a re-entry permit possible on a SETV? If so, how long is it valid? I will be entering Thailand on 13/01/20 and leaving on 29/01/20. I will be returning just a few weeks later on or around 26/02/20.
November 19, 20196 yr You can get a re-entry permit to keep the remainder of 60 day entry from a tourist visa when you enter. It will be valid to the date (12/03) the 60 day entry ends and that is the date you will stampen in until. You could then apply for the 30 day extension after you return.

Thanks for that Joe, I thought I'd read it was possible. 12/03 will be fine as I'll be leaving again on 10/03 - just coming in for a friend's wedding. My local office is Korat, I presume that's where I get the re-entry permit from or is it the airport Immigration office?

November 20, 20196 yr May I ask if Ubon Joe's reply would be similarly applicable to me if I enter Thailand with a Single Entry Non "O" visa...........can I Leave/Enter Thailand again if I obtain a Re-Entry Permit before leaving. It would seem to follow that this could be done during the 90 Day period established by the Single Entry Non O? Thanks!
November 20, 20196 yr Re-entry permit is possible on any visa, including visa exempt. Its validity is your original "Permitted to day" date and the date will written on your reentry permit.
