TM 30 online from Roi Et

Anyone had success filing online a TM 30 from Roi Et province.

Doing it from my phone has been a real challenge ????

So, I made an attempt to maintain the 24 hour rule at immigration today in Roi Et but but they were closed.

I get the impression from what I read here on TVF that most immigration offices around the land are not so concerned about TM30 & TM28 and the 24 hour rule any longer. They seemed red hot in enforcing it in the past but now there are more reports of IOs not even interested. Which is typical Thai style, they no doubt came to realize that the whole idea was dumb and caused more work, more headaches, and wasn't giving them any advantages. But rather than come out and say so, which of course would make them look daft and lose face, they just ignore it.

Thanks for your impression and could very well be.

I simply do not want to take that chance plus I also require a residency permit for which a TM 30 is needed.

When you have problems registering with the TM30 - Section 38 phone-app > use your PC/laptop and register on the IO TM30 website.

Note: If you don't have a PC/laptop, go to an Internet shop in your neighborhood or friend that has a PC/laptop.

Take a USB-stick with you, holding a scan of the house-book and a signed front-back copy of the owner's ID-card, as you will need to upload those during the registration process.
