Not a brave or a squaw in sight, apparently they were still sleeping off the party they had last night because their big White Chief had been called away on some urgent ( ???? ), important (???? ) business !! She said she believes she is currently neck and neck with “ some old Scottish guy “ but I think she might have stretched her lead a little , and I would put her heads above the rest of the field !!
