Davejf2017 Posted November 27, 2019 Share Posted November 27, 2019 (edited) If I come into Thailand on a 30 day visa exempt (British passport) then go to Immigration and apply for the 90 day non O based on marriage, this can be done at my local immigration Jomtien. Then apply for the yearly extension of stay I have all requirements do I have to show the 400,000 baht comes from abroad as it has been in a account in my name in Thailand for over 3 years this is the only part I need to know about.Thank you in advance for your help. ubonjoe Posted November 27, 2019 Share Posted November 27, 2019 For a 90 day non immigrant visa (category O) application based upon qualifying for a extension of stay based upon marriage to a Thai there is no requirement to prove the 400k baht came from abroad.
