Still not clear how Immigration is going to deal with the military retirees and mandatory insurance, so I don't know how this resolution is going to help 

Only relates to Actual need for Medical Care Bill payment where there is no VA Hospital.

If passed, maybe a way to become integrated in Thai Hospitals, then becoming a option

around the need for Insurance.

There should be a VA office in Thailand, that could effect direct pay for Vets living here.
