mark5335 Posted December 10, 2019 Share Posted December 10, 2019 If you can't find a place in lower Sukhumvit, in mid-Sukhumvit there's several branches of Never Say Cutz barber shop who should be able to do a flat top. http://www.neversaycutzbarber.com/contact/branch/4 (You could also try Easy Cuts in the Sukhumvit MRT arcade at Asoke, but unsure whether they do flat tops as the generally just do 150 baht 1o minute haircuts.
