thanks for the recipe but its just to much work LOL getting it thin enough was hopping i could just buy some if you want puff pastry Big C Extra sells fresh it is very good in Pattaya

 on the same road as Foodland

Friendship Market (I used it for beef Wellington), in Pattaya - they had stock in the freezer section a year ago or so.

That sounds good. I have never thought of using Phyllo pastry for Beef Wellington. I will give it a try at New Year.
