SCB Connect via LINE

Featured Replies

I recently set up a new account with Siam Commercial Bank.  They loaded their SCBEasy app on my smartphone.  Notifications from SCB are sent via their SCB Connect service which is LINE based.  The big problem?  Everything is in Thai.  So I'd really like to get that changed so my LINE notifications via SCB Connect are in English.  Yeah, and their SCBEasy app is in Thai also.  Anyway to change the language to English?

I read enough Thai to know how to find applets to change the language if they exist, but I don't see a way to do it via the smartphone application.
Anyone know how to change the language settings to English?

You have to log in to the app and at the main screen at the bottom you see 3 horizontal lines on the right bottom. Click that and then the 3rd down is settings. Click that. On the settings screen the second one down is Language setting.

Hope that helps.

Did you just register on Thaivisa to make a post which isn't helpful (you can't copy/paste a button label from an app into Google translate) in a 2 month old post?
