racinkc1
I have a flight booked for the 10th of January and I'm hoping that I can get my tooth fixed before then. If for some reason my insurance does not approve my tooth in time and I come to Thailand with my bad tooth, how much would I expect to pay out of pocket for a porcelain or metal crown out of pocket? The tooth really isn't that bad and I could probably live with it for the year I am going to spend in Thailand and get it fixed when I come back to the states, but just in case it gets infected or really starts to cause me problems, Id like to know how much I might be looking at out of pocket. Also, are Thai dentist any good?? haha.
Stocky
A porcelain fused metal crown for a back molar I broke recently set me back Bht18,000 at the Bangkok Hospital dental clinic in Hat Yai. Dentistry was excellent, all done over two appointments two weeks apart. There are cheaper options no doubt, but you get what you paid for.
sead
Sorry to say the prices is almost compared to European cheap countries. Not like it was 10 years ago. If you would have many teeth to fix I would really recommend Serbia.

My wife and I go here and have had no complaints.
