Classical Voice Department at College of Music Mahidol University proudly presents one of the most famous Viennese comic operettas by the great Astro-Hungarian composers Franz Lehár. A comedy and a charming uplifting romance centres on a millionaire young widow Hanna Glawari, and her Pontevedro countryman’s ridiculous attempt to find her a Pontevedrian husband so to keep her money in the country before it goes to bankruptcy. Hanna wants to marry an old flame Count Danilo, but he refuses to be thought to be after her millions. It is one of the best known and internationally most successful operettas loved by people all over the world. Come to enjoy the beautiful memorable tunes, exciting dances, elegant staging with a live orchestra. The evenings promise to send the audience home with heart-warming smiles and sweet dreams.

Show Date & Time:
Thursday, 23 January at 7 pm
Friday, 24 January at 7 pm
Saturday, 25 January at 1.30 pm and 7 pm
