Police chief in court for killing restaurant owner in Svay Rieng

A deputy police chief in Svay Rieng province’s Bavet town was arrested and sent to provincial court on Sunday after fatally shooting a female restaurant owner the previous night in the town’s Ta Pov village.

 

Provincial court spokesman Tep Phalla said on Sunday that the 30-year-old suspect had been sent to court for questioning.

Slow service ? That would not seem like a sufficient reason to execute someone ? Disgusting and should be charged with 1st Deg. murder !

He just had to show that he was higher on the social ladder than the Restaurant owner.

I was always taught "patience was a virtue" obviously doesn't apply in todays age!
