I thought it was 2 months beforehand and 4 months after ? Either way, I would find out for sure and wouldn't do anything different to what they require of you, as that could cause you some serious grief I would imagine if your looking to extend again down the track. DrJack54 Posted December 25, 2019 Share Posted December 25, 2019 (edited) Simple. You would not obtain your next extension. In fact you wouldn't bother attending to even apply. You would start process over with new non O etc. OP if you have a 12 month permission of stay. If anytime prior to untill date you could exit Los without reentry permit.
