Plenty of young Russians in Pattaya, must be tourist destination number one for them. Probably never seen a beach before , dirty or not.

Blimey. If all the soi dogs were arrested for having sex in a public place, the stray dog problem would disappear in weeks....

Perhaps the Beach needs to be better equipped, a few more life rings and some buckets of cold water.

Thais just cant seem to get their heads around economics.  I mean if an area's main industry is growing watermelons then you would want to see everybody eating watermelon wouldnt you??
