Ed Visa Extension Overstay 16 to 60 days

Hi,everyone.I have a Ed Visa and have now a big problem for me.Is my second extension,in the first dont have problem but this time 2 days ago I went to collect the documents for extend my visa before day 10 january,and my surprise was they dont have my documents,I sign before more than one month ago and they told me like they never have my documents,finally...they found my documents but they didnt send to the goverment so I only have 3 days before my visa expired and need renew,but need wait about 16 to 60 days for the documents from the MOE.The school told me can stay overstay until have the documents and later pay the fine and renew the student visa for 90 days.If someone can help me I wanna know:

 

- Can the MOE of thailand cancel my student visa when see Im in overstay?

- Can I stay about 60 days overstay and renew the visa witouth problems?

They might do the extension with a few days of overstay but certainly not with 60 days.

You will probably have to leave the country to get another non-ed visa.

Thanks for your reply,I read need cancel the student visa before leave thailand or is cancelled automatically when leave thailand? Because Im thinking about going to Kuala Lumpur and make the tourist visa for back to Thailand.

Some border crossings would want your current extension to be formally canceled at immigration. At others and at a airport it would not be needed. Your extension will end on the day your leave the country.
