Working Query

Will I be considered as working if I write a book?

If no, will I be considered as working if I research the internet for facts for it?

If no, will I be considered as working if it contains photos I have taken specially for it?

If no, will I be considered as working if I get it published here?

If no, if it is sold here will I then be considered as having been working?

Is buying and selling on EBay considered as working?

Legally or actually..

Legally the definition of working includes fixing your own car, walking your dog etc.. So its a rule that would not last in countries where 'laws' have to be defined and clear or not contradictory.

In the real world your unlikely to have any issue with all of the above in my opinion, gets touchy around the published side but by then you would no longer be working ?!?!
