Any retirement accounts will undoubtedly have a way to name beneficiaries. But most importantly, you need to have a will drawn up in your home country for assets located there and a duplicate drawn up in Thailand.

    Where are you from? Just having a will is not the best course to take. Putting all your assets in a trust will avoid probate, much less time before distribution of funds, and a huge tax bill
