pantech Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 I am in my Home country and not able to travel back to Thailand for several months. I have a Condo there which was rented out, a good friend of mine was managing the Condo, collecting rent etc. However he passed away and some time after that the tenants shot through without paying rent. I need someone to manage the Condo so to date I have emailed 3 Agents and explained that I need someone to go in there access the situation and see what needs to be done to make it rentable again and manage it for me.
