DAVOS, Switzerland (Reuters) - The United States is moving to add more countries to its travel ban list, U.S. President Donald Trump said on Wednesday, but gave no other details, saying the changes would be announced soon.

The Trump administration is planning to add seven countries - Belarus, Eritrea, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Nigeria, Sudan and Tanzania - to the list, U.S. media reported on Tuesday.

The Trump administration is planning to add a host of African, Asian and Eastern European countries to its travel ban list, U.S. media has reported. Matthew Larotonda reports.

Myanmar is on the list.  Were you expecting a lot of terrorists from Myanmar?

Never discuss or compromise, just thump the table and act like GOD. Maybe he should face some real leaders. They just laugh at him. Spoilt baby brat.

Travel ban for who? US citizens not allowed to travel to those countries or citizens of those countries not allowed to travel to the USA?

Either way its sounds more like the actions of a dictatorship than those of a democracy.

They have committed genocide on their own people.

Do you know anyone from Myanmar?  It would help you to make an informed statement instead of an ignorant one.

Myanmar, now that's an interesting choice. Or does he mean only Muslims from Myanmar? Surely he doesn't want to ban peace-loving (cough, cough) Buddhists. Such as the leadership of the Burmese army.

Do you even understand the purpose of a travel ban?  It's for national security and safety reasons, not to stop economic migrants.  Unless Myanmar has become a hotbed for terrorism.

And the UK.... what's left of it.

Why any sane person would want to travel to the U S of A is beyond me.
