Good Day All.

I would like some advice with a problem that I have created for myself with my  Non-Imm O visa and my  retirement extension of stay. Both which expire on 28 March 2020.

Due to the fast need for capital I needed to use my 800000bht yesterday and it does not look like I can transfer the capital in time to replenish my bank account in time for my annual visit to the immigration. 28th March 2020

If I fly out of the country before the 28th March can I come back into Thailand and keep my Non-Imm. O visa and get a 90 day visa on return to Thailand.

I will then be able to build up enough funds in my bank account to apply again (800000bht) for my retirement extension?

Can you also please confirm that for a retirement extension that the 800000bht needs only be in the bank for two months as I was under the impression that it was for three months.

Thanks Colin

The 800k baht only has to be in the bank for 2 months now.

I am sure your non-o visa expired long ago. If you left and re-entered the country without a re-entry permit you would only get a 30 day visa exempt entry.

Thanks Joe

If that was the case, would I just neeed then to apply for a new Non_ Imm O visa in Thailand so I could then get a 90 day visa Then have the required 800000bht in the bank for two months so I can then apply for a retirement extention.
