coldcrush
I got this error message after rebooting wondows after an update, googled it but it is unclear, anyone had the same? The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\setupapi.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for new DLL. cdnvic
Use system restore to go back to before the update, then try the update again.

rak sa_ngop
I have just had the same message on start-up but so far everything seems to be working normally. Therefore I have not taken any action. Anybody experienced any problems after getting this message?.
cdnvic
Microsoft just pushed out a major security patch that involves that dll. Sounds like the install didn't go perfectly so just do a restore and return to Windows Update and reinstall the patch.
