Sanook reported that a masked intruder had tried to attack a woman at her house in Moo 10 Bang Saray, Sattahip last Tuesday. 

 

The back door was locked but the masked man had grabbed Anchalee, 25, through the bars of the door after asking her "Are you alone?". 

 

He had banged her head against the door before she picked up a knife and attacked him causing him to flee. 

 

However, next day he came back. While he was attacking her she was saved by a dog. 

 

A woman was pictured on facebook surrounded by several large dogs with the caption that they were canine heroes.

 

Police soon arrested 27 year old Noppadech or "Pao" from Uthai Thani, a truck mechanic in the area who had been stalking the victim. He has initially been charged with taking "ice" methamphetamine. 

 

He has reportedly admitted attacking the woman after taking Ya Ba. He said he loved her very much. He went to her house in a mask.

 

Sanook reported that the assailant was identified by the fact that he had a distinctive tattoo on his right pinky.

 

And had a bite mark from a dog on an unspecified location. 

 

Police advised women living alone that you couldn't be too careful nowadays.

A dead ringer for old Dr Vervoerd, the architect of apartheid. The dog, I mean. Makes you wonder if there isn't something in the Thai belief about us being reincarnated as animals!

Another reason to take the meth problem more serious. Those addicts must be locked away and rehabilitated during their jail time.

None of them belonged to her.  This is just another posed photograph tho' lacking the plastic notice board.  There must be gangs of rapists prowling my neighbourhood judging from the racket the local dog population and their deaf owners make.
