Shouldn't China be coughing up every cent of this considering they are the ones who

started this (whatever the reasons)?

Actions speak louder than words.  The Chinese have quarantined 50 million people, something that has never been done in the history of mankind.

 

The US evacuation flight had peronnel using level 4 hazmat suits.  Google twitter for video.

 

China is using drones to enforce mask wearing.

 

This is a disaster, and contrary to some social media opinions, much more than some people getting "a csee of the sniffles"

There is a window outside of China where people can prepare, use this time wisely. If you don't need to be in Asia go home. 

I'm looking at the confirmed v. recovered figures. It's all a bit murky at the moment. Certainly, a 25% figure of guys going into serious complications is a bit scary, especially if medical services are overwhelmed, as they appear to be in China.
