90 day reporting online - what needed for steps 2-4?

Featured Replies

The first page asks for "personal info" -- passport details, TM6, etc. The page indicates there are steps 2-4. What info is needed in those steps? Any documents need to be uploaded?

Just want to be prepared when I do this next week.

Thank you.

If it's your first time it has to be in person.

I've never done a 90 day report in person. My first one was by mail; all subsequent ones online.

For the OP: Don't have steps 2-4 in front of me, but the form is pretty much self-explanatory. Use the drop down boxes to fill in most of the pablum info, like amphur, province, nationality ("America"). Only fill in the red asterisked boxes -- providing further info can cause a 'tilt.' (Exception: somewhere on this forum I saw where they wanted your first name, which is a non asterisked block. So for the last few applications, I've included my first name, with no problems -- and don't know if NOT providing would have caused a problem.....)

I don't believe so.

Online 90 day report does not require any documents to be uploaded.

Next Steps are filling in more information, like your address. You get past Step 1, it is usually good to go!
