I have had a look at Transferwise and can't seem to find an answer to this question

Can you use Transferwise to send money from 1 Thai a/c to another Thai a/c ? 

I know banks can etc. there is a reason I ask this.

No of course you can't. TransferWise can only be used to transfer into Thailand, not within the country. Maybe I'm teaching you to suck eggs but doing a bank-to-bank transfer is a cinch. With an app it takes about 10 seconds.

I have online banking on my desktop pc and I regularly transfer funds between BKK Bank and my Kasikorn bank accounts. I also pay most of my monthly bills that way too.

I am guessing he wants to use a third party transfer method to conceal the originating account or to make it look like an income from abroad. 

I am away for a little while and stupidly let my Thai phone number lapse, my Thai a/c is full of names and to add more or transfer to another new a/c requires an OTOP number which I can't get.
