You seem a trifle confused.  You say' "...the cow...", then change it to "...he..." when a bull is always a male.  Or is your comment a reflection of your last posting regarding your liking of the female gender finally taking control.

Gambling in Thailand is illegal unless it isn't!

 

Thailand divides gambling activities into two lists, List A is illegal unless authorises otherwise by royal decree, List B is illegal unless a licence is granted by a commissioned police officer with the rank of inspector or higher.

 

Bull fighting is on List B.
