Read a few reviews and wasn't convinced hence trying to get some more feedback before deciding who to go with. Pacific Cross seem to be an alternative. I'm only interested in Inpatient. Noticed some policies don't cover Emergency room which is concerning, is this normal on health insurance policies as I would have thought this would be essential ! Lastly does direct billing help?
